applications, and collaborating with others to build great user experiences. I apply object-oriented
programming principles to write maintainable, scalable code.

implementation. Working in Figma, I create wireframes and visual designs that work well across all
device sizes. I own the entire design process, making strategic decisions that balance user needs with
business goals.
Analytics & Tracking
I set up tracking systems that help our team understand how people use our clients’ websites and
whether marketing campaigns are working. This includes configuring Google Analytics 4, creating custom
reports and dashboards in Looker Studio, and implementing tags that capture important user actions
across Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
SEO & GEO
I help websites rank higher in search results and appear in AI-generated answers by optimizing page
titles, descriptions, and content structure. This includes implementing structured data that helps
search engines understand each page, conducting research to identify the best keywords to target, and
performing technical audits to fix issues that might be hurting visibility.
Digital Advertising
I’ve been involved in planning and writing Google Ads campaigns, selecting keywords that connect
business with quality leads. My work includes crafting compelling ad headlines and descriptions that
drive clicks and conversions.
UX Research
I’ve conducted user interviews to understand how people use software systems, particularly focusing
on customer relationship management (CRM) tools. These conversations revealed pain points and
opportunities, providing insights that guided product improvements.
Documentation & Technical Writing
I’ve written clear, practical guides that help teams use complex systems effectively. Using
frameworks like Jobs-to-Be-Done, I document everything from CMS workflows to analytics setup, ensuring
everyone has the information they need to work efficiently.
Notion Systems
I build custom Notion workspaces that help teams stay organized and productive. My systems include
social media calendars, project management dashboards, and time tracking tools that make it easy to
